Online Club Registration for the 2024-25 Season will open on September 1st
Early Bird Discount
New this year! Early Bird Discount of $100 per athlete from 9/1 to 9/23.
Late Fee
There will be a late fee of $50 per athlete when registering after 10/15/2024. The late fee will be waived for families new to the club.
Volunteer Deposit
Each family will be charged $300 deposit upon registration. This is being waived in the 2024-2025 season. Please ensure that you register all of your children at the same time to avoid additional volunteer deposit fees. The deposit fee will be refunded at the end of the season for those families that meet their volunteer obligations.
Timing Equipment Deposit
Each athlete will be charged a $100 equipment deposit at registration. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the season upon return of good-condition equipment.

Simplified Registration Process:
For Athletes in U10/12, U14 Evening & Afternoon, and U16/18 Evening & Afternoon -- you must complete steps 1 – 3.
For Athletes in U9 and U16/18 Limited only need to complete step 3.

- Select New York state.
- Select Bristol Mountain Race club. New this year! Early Bird Discount of $100 per athlete from 9/1 to 9/23.
- 2) Please register (or renew) your NYSSRA membership. https://nyssra.org/user/login
- 3) Please register for the BMRC Season via the TeamSnap Registration form -- https://registration.teamsnap.com/form/8942
- Please note: If you are registering multiple children in the program, please add all of them into 1 online cart. This will limit the Volunteer Fee to only $300.
Please Note: U9 and those registering for the Limited Program do not need to join USSA or NYSSRA.
